In this role, you will be responsible for managing the loaner car program to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. You will coordinate vehicle availability, maintenance scheduling, and assist with customer interactions to maintain the high standards associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the loaner car fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use. Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and repairs to maintain fleet reliability and safety. Liaise with service advisors and customers to facilitate timely and efficient loaner car assignment. Maintain accurate records of loaner car usage, agreements, and inspections. Ensure compliance with all company policies and DMV regulations related to loaner vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues related to loaner vehicles promptly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Previous experience in automotive dealership operations or fleet management preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
