Durango, CO Job Summary:
The Concessions Crew Lead assists the Concessions Manager in the training and supervising of all onboard concessions staff. This role is the primary point of contact for Concessionaires and Private Car Attendants when the Concessions Manager and Concessions and Retail Manager are not available.

Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in car turnover. Promptly reports disciplinary issues to upper management and holds team members accountable in their roles. Promptly reports onboard issues relating to accounting, customer service, and guest experience. Is expected to act as the direct point of contact onboard for concessions employees when the Concessions Supervisor and Concessions and Retail Manager are not available. Supports staff in training and oversight. Spends at least one day a week or as needed off the train addressing department needs such as scheduling, employee development, and other administrative items Adjustment of call sheets the day of when needed. Completes regular stocking and cleaning audits. Fills in onboard roles as needed. Expected to partake in company manager development opportunities when available. Other duties as assigned.
Education, Skill and Work Experience Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in a concessionaire role, with food and beverage industry experience preferred Ability to work flexible schedule with weekend hours Experience in cash handling, bartending, customer service and public speaking Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access & Outlook Background in customer service and/or sales
Work Environment:
Some time spent working in uneven or unsteady spaces while train is in motion Varied schedule sometimes requiring full-time hours with overtime work, as needed
