This is more than a driving position. Our drivers are responsible for safely transporting household goods while working alongside and leading moving crews throughout the relocation process. You'll work directly with customers, operate company equipment, and play an important role in delivering a professional moving experience. For the right person, this position offers a path to grow into leadership and other operational roles.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Professional Non-CDL Driver and Crew Leader , you will: Lead and assist moving crews with packing, loading, transportation, and unloading Safely operate assigned company vehicles Handle customers' belongings with care and professionalism Communicate clearly with customers, crew members, and management Represent Woodland Moving with a professional appearance and attitude Help ensure each move is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years old Valid REAL ID driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. without assistance Reliable transportation to our southern Louisville, KY facility Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Clear communication in English No college degree required
