Lead Christmas Lighting Installer / Crew Leader This is NOT a temporary one-season position for us. We are specifically looking for a Crew Leader who wants to return and work with us year after year. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Crew Leader who wants more than just a seasonal job. Our goal is to build a long-term team, and we're looking for someone who wants to return and grow with us year after year. If you're looking for stability every holiday season and take pride in your work, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead a crew installing high-end Christmas lighting and décor on residential and commercial properties. Safely drive a company truck and trailer to job sites. Manage your crew while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Ensure every installation meets our high standards of quality. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Keep equipment, vehicles, and job sites clean and organized. Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving efficiently. What We're Looking For Proven leadership or crew management experience. Ability to drive a truck and trailer confidently (required). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred. Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and at heights. Willing to work long hours during our busy season, including weekends Excellent attention to detail. Highly organized and dependable. Clean, professional appearance. Well-spoken with strong communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Why Join Us? Competitive pay.
