• Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic landscape team as a Landscape Crew Leader, where you will take charge of guiding and supervising a crew dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead hands-on landscaping projects, oversee landscape project activities, and ensure high-quality results. As a leader in our team, you'll motivate others, coordinate daily tasks, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional outdoor environments that inspire and delight clients. Your expertise in landscape projects will be essential in driving successful project completion and fostering a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians, ensuring efficient execution of landscaping, irrigation, and general maintenance tasks. Assign specific duties, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Oversee landscape construction projects, including planting, soil preparation, and installation of hardscape features. Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets safety guidelines and client specifications; address issues promptly. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on proper techniques for landscape installation , horticulture practices, and equipment operation. Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings with the team Experience Must have Valid Drivers license with 3 plus years driving truck & trailer. Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects. Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, and irrigation systems. Hands-on experience with construction activities related to outdoor environments. Knowledge of plant care practices and general horticultural principles. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance of landscaping tools and machinery. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors effectively.
