Job Description

We're looking for a Landscape Installation Crew Leader to join our team and oversee a crew of 3-5 employees under the direction of our Landscape Operations Manager. We are a family owned and operated, employee-oriented company that believes in treating our team with respect, supporting professional growth, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Schedule Full-time:
Monday-Friday 40+ hours per week Shift hours vary between 6:45 AM - 6:00 PM Occasional flexibility may be required based on project needs What You'll Do Lead, supervise, and motivate landscape installation crew members. Complete landscape and enhancement projects with minimal supervision. Manage labor, equipment, and materials to meet schedules and stay within budget. Ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines. Submit daily time sheets and communicate equipment needs or issues. Enforce safety standards and train crew members on safe work practices. Troubleshoot issues and ensure jobsite safety and productivity. Perform hands-on installation work, including: Tree, shrub, and perennial planting Grading, sod installation, soil amending, mulching, seeding Pruning shrubs and small trees Staging and setting up jobs according to design plans Operate equipment such as bobcats, forklifts, loaders, chainsaws, and trailers. Conduct vehicle inspections and deploy safety cones. Record job progress and report job progress to operations supervisor throughout the day. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with 3 years of clean driving record (required). Experience with commercial properties and HOA environments. Strong communication skills with both clients and crew members. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong plant identification, planting, and pruning knowledge. Confident operation of bobcats, forklifts, loaders, chainsaws, and trailers. Ability to read landscape plans, drawings, and site maps. Independent self-starter with a team-first, family-oriented attitude. Positive, energetic, "roll up your sleeves" mindset. Reliable, collaborative, and committed to quality. Education & Certifications High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). BMP & Forklift Certifications preferred. Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Capable of standing, bending, pushing, and lifting for extended periods. Normal eye/hand coordination, color recognition, and movement ability. Must be able to travel to designated locations. Work may involve exposure to varying outdoor temperatures. Why Join Us?
