Job Description

Job Title:
Enhancement Crew Lead Role Purpose The Enhancement Crew Lead is a working leadership role responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of the landscape enhancement crew. This role ensures all enhancement projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Pelor Outdoor Landscape Solutions' standards of quality and professionalism. The Enhancement Crew Lead serves as the key on-site leader and is accountable for crew performance, job site safety, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Crew Management
  • Provide on-site leadership, direction, and supervision of the enhancement crew.
  • Set clear performance expectations for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Train, coach, and develop crew members in proper installation techniques for landscape enhancements.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment. Project Execution
  • Lead the crew in all phases of landscape enhancement projects, including: Site preparation Grading and drainage improvements Installation of plantings, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials Site clean-up
  • Ensure projects meet Pelor's quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Problem-solve on site and escalate issues to the Director of Operations as needed. Operational Duties
  • Communicate daily with the Director of Operations regarding schedules, materials, and equipment needs.
  • Conduct pre-job site inspections and post-job quality checks.
  • Accurately track material usage and job completion details, including uploading pictures and notes in Jobber.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of all tools, equipment, and vehicles.
