Source One is a staffing services company and we're currently looking for the following individuals to work for our direct client, an autonomous vehicle company in Miami.Title:
Vehicle Fleet Operator Pay Rate:
$29/hr (W-2) plus benefits Shift differentials for weekends as well as 2nd & 3rd shifts Initial training for 8 weeks (paid) Number of positions: 30Available Shifts:
- 1st: 6AM-2:30PM (priority #3)
- 2nd: 2PM-10:30PM (priority #2)
- 3rd: 10PM-6:30AM (priority #1) Play a key role in keeping an autonomous (self-driving) vehicle fleet operating safely, efficiently, and ready for passengers.
Target Profile:
- 2-4+ years of experience in fleet operations, automotive, aviation, logistics, field service, hospitality, or other fast-paced operational environments is preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license + 3 years of consecutive licensure with no gaps
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Mechanically inclined with basic technical troubleshooting skills and comfortable learning new software and tools
- Experience working with vehicles, inspections, maintenance, or fleet operations is preferred
- Adaptable and able to multitask between vehicle readiness, field response, and customer support
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors throughout the day
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
