Florida Image Landscaping Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Installation Crew Leader to manage and perform high-quality landscape installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership position focused strictly on landscape installs, including planting, layout, and project execution. The ideal candidate has strong installation experience, understands proper plant placement, can read basic landscape designs, and lead a crew efficiently. Duties /

Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicle and transport crew, plants, and materials Load and organize truck daily (tools, plants, soil, mulch, etc.) Lead crew on landscape installation projects only Perform physical labor including digging, planting, grading, and moving materials Read and follow landscape designs and layouts Ensure proper plant placement and installation quality Use mobile apps for clocking in and out Keep job sites clean and organized Be on time and dependable every workday

Requirements:

Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirements) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Minimum 2-3 years of landscape installation experience Knowledge of basic plant names and installation practices Ability to read landscape designs/layouts Physically able to work outdoors and lift materials Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred) Comfortable using smartphone apps for time tracking Reliable and punctual
