Palm Springs, FL Job Details $50,000 - $60,000 a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description Position Summary Warrior Service Company is seeking a Operations Administrator to own the systems, assets and vendor relationships that keep our national field service organization running. The role is accountable for the company's vehicle fleet — acquisition, compliance, maintenance, telematics and disposal — and extends to the broader set of physical and technology assets our technicians depend on: mobile devices, fuel programs, tools and equipment, and the platforms that track them. This is an execution and improvement role. You will inherit documented procedures and functioning platforms, and you will be expected to run them accurately, find the gaps, and build out the parts that don't exist yet. As WSC grows its VA contract footprint, this position scales the operational infrastructure that growth depends on. Core Responsibilities Fleet Management Own the vehicle registry as the system of record: identifiers, assignments, insurance and registration compliance, and supporting documentation across all branches Manage the leasing relationship, including acquisitions, maintenance authorization, registration renewals, recalls, and end-of-life disposal Monitor maintenance spend, identify outliers, and build the repair-versus-replace case for vehicles approaching end of economic life Administer GPS and camera telematics: installation coordination, asset accuracy, and coverage reconciliation against the active fleet Asset & Program Administration Manage the fuel card program: issuance, driver credentialing, transaction review, and escalation of misuse or anomalies Manage the corporate mobile account: line and device assignment, deactivation of idle lines, monthly billing reconciliation, and periodic renegotiation of rates and plan structure Oversee tool and equipment programs, including issuance standards, damage and replacement processes, and inventory accountability Maintain platform hygiene across all systems so that active employees are correctly provisioned and separated employees are fully removed Compliance & Safety Monitor driver license status, violations and disqualifying events; act on alerts and coordinate with HR and Branch Managers to remove non-compliant drivers from company vehicles Support the accident reporting process and maintain complete incident documentation on affected assets Ensure fleet and field operations meet applicable federal, state and contractual requirements across our operating footprint Process, Reporting & Improvement Author and maintain SOPs, policies and checklists governing fleet and field asset operations Build and maintain reporting on fleet cost, utilization, compliance status and asset assignment; present findings and recommendations to Operations leadership Identify inefficiencies and cost-reduction opportunities across fleet, fuel, telecom and equipment spend, and lead implementation of changes Partner with HR, IT, Purchasing and Branch leadership to keep onboarding and offboarding of field personnel complete and timely Serve as subject matter expert on fleet and field asset capability for new contract implementation and business development support
