Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Install Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll lead a crew of 3-5 team members on landscape installation projects, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be actively involved in installs while guiding your crew day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 team members on landscape installation projects Oversee installation of plant material, sod, mulch, irrigation components, and basic hardscapes Read and execute landscape plans to ensure projects are completed correctly Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and hand tools Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety practices on-site Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to keep projects on track

Requirements:

Crew Leader Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within landscape installation

Experience:

Strong background in landscape installation (planting, sod, irrigation, etc.)

Physical Ability:

Able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions

Availability:

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed

Leadership Skills:

Ability to motivate, manage, and hold a team accountable

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license preferred
