This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while working hands-on with landscape maintenance, tree care, irrigation systems, and horticultural projects. As a key team member, you will ensure high-quality work, safety compliance, and efficient project execution, all while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and lawn care to ensure timely and quality results Lead tree care operations such as trimming, removal, planting, and health assessments to promote healthy growth and safety Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to optimize water efficiency across projects Provide guidance and supervision during landscaping construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and safety standards Train crew members on proper horticultural practices, safety procedures, and equipment use to build skills and promote a safe work environment Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and identify areas needing maintenance or improvement Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents for project documentation Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant health and garden management Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments with excellent leadership skills Knowledge of tree care techniques including pruning, cabling, removal and disease management Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or materials regularly throughout the day Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with clients or project managers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; relevant certifications in horticulture or arboriculture are a plus Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
