Job Description

Overview Ameripro Outdoors of NWF is a landscaping and outdoor maintenance company serving Northwest Florida, handling everything from DOT highway median maintenance to residential, commercial, and HOA properties. We're growing and need an experienced Crew Leader to run a maintenance crew and help us keep delivering top-quality work for our clients. Duties Lead and manage a full landscape maintenance crew on a daily basis Conduct job site inspections and complete site checklists Handle crew timecards, equipment inventory, and other daily paperwork Drive the crew to and from job sites Perform and oversee routine maintenance: mowing, weeding, edging, pruning, planting, and cleanup Operate mowers (21 to 72 inch), string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hand tools Confirm the crew is working safely, including around traffic on roadway sites Apply basic chemicals (fertilizer, herbicides) if certified Identify common plants, pests, and basic irrigation issues; report problems to management Keep lawns, beds, and job sites looking sharp and on schedule Requirements At least 3 years of landscape and grounds maintenance experience Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license required (clean driving record) Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat, on uneven ground, and around traffic Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours. Occasional weekend work as needed.
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
