Job Description

MorGreen Landscaping is a locally owned, veteran-owned company based in Canton, GA, focused on high-quality landscape and hardscape installations. We are growing and looking for a reliable, experienced Crew Leader to run jobs, lead a team, and deliver top-tier results for our clients.
Position Overview:
The Crew Leader is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This role requires both leadership and hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a crew on landscape and hardscape projects Read plans and execute installations (sod, plants, drainage, pavers, retaining walls, etc.) Communicate with clients professionally on-site when needed Ensure jobs stay on schedule and within scope Train and develop crew members Maintain equipment and ensure job site cleanliness Uphold quality standards on every project
Requirements:
2+ years experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping Experience leading a crew or strong leadership ability Knowledge of grading, drainage, and installation best practices Ability to operate landscaping equipment (skid steer, mini-ex, etc. is a plus) Valid driver's license (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Truck & trailer experience (required) English required; Spanish preferred Pay depending on experience.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
