Experienced Landscape Crew Leader

Overview Lush Outdoor Landscape is a growing, locally owned company looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can efficiently manage a crew while maintaining high-quality standards on every job. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be working alongside your crew while ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to our standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small landscape crew on daily job sites Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment safely Ensure quality control on all work performed (maintenance & installs) Communicate effectively with team members and management Follow schedules and complete jobs efficiently Maintain and care for equipment and tools Train and mentor crew members as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of landscape experience (REQUIRED) Prior experience in a crew leader or supervisory role preferred Clean driving record (REQUIRED) Ability to drive a truck and trailer confidently Strong knowledge of landscaping practices (maintenance, mulch, pine straw, installs, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must have a valid driver's license Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Why Join Us?
