What does your day look like ? Some of your duties may include: Coordinate preventative maintenance and repair services for Class A and B trucks, trailers, and related equipment. Track fuel usage, vendor contracts, and purchased services to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Maintain all FMCSA, DOT, local, and company forms, logs, and records to ensure compliance. Collaborate with transportation departments, drivers, and maintenance vendors to resolve issues quickly. Monitor fleet schedules and assist with reporting on maintenance status and performance. Support other transportation-related tasks as assigned. Things you need to be able to do: Knowledge of
FMCSA/DOT
regulations and fleet compliance requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to sit and process data for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in seasonal weather conditions. Weekend availability as needed.
Things that are a plus:
