Landscape crew leader/laborer

Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape laborers to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and mulching to enhance outdoor aesthetics Assist with landscaping projects such as installing new gardens, patios, walkways, and irrigation systems Conduct tree care activities like pruning, planting, and removal to promote healthy growth Maintain equipment and tools through routine cleaning and preventative care to ensure optimal performance Support lawn care efforts by fertilizing, aerating, and overseeing pest control measures Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met with quality and professionalism Qualifications Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly preferred Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in outdoor or construction settings Knowledge of landscaping techniques including lawn care, planting, pruning, and irrigation systems Familiarity with tree care practices and general horticultural principles Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks within the team and with clients Join us in creating inspiring outdoor environments!
