Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crew Leader in Lawn Care, where you will lead and inspire a crew dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy landscapes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture while guiding team members to deliver exceptional lawn care and landscaping services. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes safety and efficiency. Your leadership will directly impact the transformation of outdoor spaces into vibrant, inviting environments that exceed client expectations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and horticultural activities to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery Lead crew members in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and soil preparation Oversee construction projects related to landscape installation or renovation, ensuring safety protocols and project specifications are followed Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to optimize water efficiency and plant health Provide guidance on tree care practices including pruning, removal, and health assessments to promote sustainable growth Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks Support crew training on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures to enhance team skills and productivity Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care practices Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of landscaping design principles and construction methods for outdoor projects Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Ability to identify plant health issues and perform basic tree care procedures Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks and ensuring safety compliance Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to operate landscaping equipment safely Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces through expert lawn care and landscaping!
