Full Job Description About Us:
We bring the holiday spirit to life! Our company specializes in professional residential and commercial Christmas light installations. We're known for creating stunning displays, delivering top-tier customer service, and maintaining a fun, fast-paced work environment.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Crew Leader to lead a team of installers during our busy holiday season. You'll be responsible for managing daily installations, ensuring safety standards, and delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a crew of 2-4 installers on residential and commercial projects Safely install and remove Christmas lighting and decorations (rooftops, trees, landscapes, etc.) Ensure each job meets company standards for quality and safety Communicate effectively with clients and crew members Load, organize, and transport materials to and from job sites Perform site inspections and complete project reports as needed Train new team members and manage performance on-site
Qualifications:
1+ years of leadership experience in construction, landscaping, or similar field Comfortable working at heights (on ladders and rooftops) Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Positive attitude and strong work ethic
