Landscape & Hardscape Crew Lead Triple Green Landscaping LLC Cedar Rapids, IA Job Details Full-time $22 - $28 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Hardscape Construction material handling Outdoor work Patio construction projects Team lead experience Landscaping Construction grading Paving site grading Full Job Description Landscape & Hardscape Crew Lead / Installer Triple Green Landscaping is seeking a reliable and experienced Hardscape Installer / Crew Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused on installing high-quality paver patios, retaining walls, and landscape features.

Position Overview:

This role involves working on a variety of outdoor projects including paver patios, retaining walls, rock beds, and general landscape installations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands proper installation techniques, and can contribute to efficient, high-quality job completion.

Responsibilities:

Install paver patios (excavation, base prep, screeding, laying, cutting, and finishing) Construct retaining walls (block installation, base prep, leveling, drainage, and backfill) Operate equipment such as plate compactors, saws, and skid loaders Perform site preparation including grading, digging, and material handling Maintain a clean and organized job site Work efficiently while following project plans and directions

Qualifications:

Prior experience with hardscape installation (patios and/or retaining walls required) Strong understanding of base preparation, grading, and leveling techniques Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials Reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic

Compensation:
