JT3 Lawn & Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape / Utility Crew Leader to lead a crew on a variety of commercial and residential landscape projects throughout the Des Moines metro. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, communicates well, and can keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscape/utility crew. Install shrubs, trees, mulch, rock, edging, sod, and seed. Construct retaining walls, paver patios, drainage systems, and other landscape features. Perform irrigation repairs and installations. Operate skid steers, mini skid steers, excavators, loaders, and other equipment. Read plans, organize daily work, and maintain production goals. Train and develop crew members while maintaining a safe work environment. Perform quality control and ensure work meets JT3 standards. Communicate with management regarding project progress, material needs, and jobsite issues. Qualifications Previous landscape construction experience required. Previous crew leadership experience preferred. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus). Ability to safely operate landscape equipment. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
