We're hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing Event Installation & Operations Team. Whether you have experience in construction, equipment operation, event production, staging, or manual labor—or you're looking to build those skills—this position offers a clear path for advancement into Crew Lead, Equipment Operator, and Structure Crew roles. Position Overview As part of the Event Installation & Operations Team, you'll help deliver, install, and dismantle event equipment throughout the Treasure Valley. Team members work on everything from tables and chairs to large tents, staging, flooring systems, power distribution, and event production equipment. Experienced applicants may qualify for Crew Lead or Equipment Operator responsibilities immediately. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, transport, and organize event equipment and materials Deliver rental equipment to event venues throughout the Treasure Valley Install and dismantle tents, staging, dance floors, tables, chairs, lighting, and event infrastructure Assist with installation of large tents, structures, flooring, staging, and lighting Help assemble and level advanced flooring systems, including raised flooring installations Assist with temporary power distribution setups under supervision Operate forklifts, telehandlers, company trucks, and other equipment as qualified Haul and position concrete ballast blocks and other heavy event materials Read layouts, follow installation plans, and maintain organized job sites Work safely and efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Adapt quickly to changing event schedules, site conditions, and customer needs Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates Help maintain company vehicles, equipment, warehouse areas, and work sites Crew Lead Responsibilities (Experienced Applicants) Qualified candidates with leadership experience may be considered for Crew Lead opportunities.
Crew Leads are responsible for:
Leading installation crews on event sites Coordinating deliveries, setup, and teardown operations Managing job-site logistics and workflow Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met Serving as the primary point of contact for customers on-site Training and mentoring crew members Solving problems and adapting to changing site conditions What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work active shifts Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to follow instructions and solve problems effectively Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and Saturdays during peak event season Valid driver's license required for most positions Ability to work on uneven terrain and at heights when necessary Preferred Experience (Not Required) Construction, framing, carpentry, scaffolding, or general labor Event production, tent installation, staging, or rigging Equipment operation (forklift, skid steer, telehandler) Truck and trailer driving experience Temporary power, generators, or electrical distribution Reading site plans and layout drawings Warehouse operations and logistics Crew leadership or supervisory experience
Pay & Advancement Starting Pay:
$17 - $26 per hour Compensation is based on experience, skills, certifications, equipment operation ability, and leadership qualifications.
