Crew Lead / Field Foreman

Framework Construction is hiring a Crew Lead / Field Foreman to lead crews and own daily job-site execution. You'll be accountable for production, workmanship quality, scheduling, and the safety of your crew the person who keeps the job moving and gets it done right. This is a leadership role with real authority and a direct impact on the company's results, with a clear path into higher management for the right leader.

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct a crew of laborers and tradespeople on active job sitesOwn daily production, scheduling, sequencing, and scope completionEnsure workmanship quality and adherence to project specifications and scopeManage on-site materials, tools, equipment, and logisticsEnforce OSHA standards and conduct daily on-site safety oversightCommunicate progress, delays, change needs, and material orders to office managementTrain, develop, and evaluate crew membersHold the crew accountable to production targets without sacrificing qualityReport injuries, near-misses, and unsafe conditions the day they occur

Requirements:

3+ years of construction experience, including proven crew or site leadershipAbility to read plans and scopes and execute against a schedule and budgetMulti-trade competence and strong in-field problem-solvingTrack record of hitting production targets while maintaining qualityStrong communication, organization, and accountabilityReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass a background check
