Transportation Supervisor Description - Pay will be discussed during interview This position will provide a first point of contact for drivers based out of this specific region. Key Responsibilities Helping drivers with day to day issues Conducting weekly meetings with drivers to address issues, questions, & concerns Aiding in the recruiting / hiring process Covering routes / shuttles when needed due to call offs or openings Accurately logging PO's, call offs, and pay issues Navigate and handle any customer issues that might arise Oversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness Communicate with 3rd party vendors to ensure timeliness of repairs and maintenance Job Requirements 1 year & 50,000 verifiable miles driving a tractor trailer CDL Class A driver's license 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role Good written and oral communication skills Strong leadership skills Microsoft Office skills Routing experience or extensive knowledge there of Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off
