Crew Lead Residential Remodeling

JOB Title:

Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling We are looking for an experienced Crew Lead / Lead Carpenter to join our growing remodeling team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead projects independently, communicates well with homeowners and subcontractors, and understands what it takes to keep a project moving professionally from start to finish. Our projects are performed in occupied residential homes, so professionalism, cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail are extremely important.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing residential remodeling projects
• Supervising crew members and subcontractors
• Reading plans and layouts
• Scheduling daily jobsite activities
• Performing skilled carpentry and remodeling work
• Installing cabinets, trim, doors, tile, framing and finish materials
• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite
• Communicating project progress with management
• Identifying problems before they become costly delays
• Ensuring work meets quality standards and code requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of remodeling or carpentry experience
• Previous experience as a supervisor or crew lead preferred
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
• Valid driver's license
• Must own basic carpenter and power tools
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
