• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Leader specializing in Mowing to lead our landscaping teams in delivering exceptional lawn and landscape maintenance services.

Duties Lead and supervise a crew of landscape maintenance technicians focused on mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care. Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality expectations. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, safe to operate, and used efficiently across construction projects. Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and maintenance practices are followed. Oversee irrigation management systems to optimize watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members during all landscape activities. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, plant identification, and maintenance best practices. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping with a focus on mowing operations. Supervising or crew management experience in outdoor environments or construction projects. Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and lawn care techniques. Familiarity with irrigation systems, irrigation management, and troubleshooting irrigation issues. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Construction experience related to outdoor environments is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to team members.
