Job Description:
About the role: As the Fleet Allocation Specialist for Victory & Equipment Services, you will help manage a fleet of 5,000+ semi-trailers and chassis. You will be the point person for customers with all rental and return requests for trailers. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting customers in making informed decisions with trailers, keeping clean records, and making strategic choices with fleet assets. What you'll be doing:
  • Handle rental trailer requests and returns from customers
  • Maintain & develop strong relationships with contacts at trailer vendors
  • Assist customers in trailer dormancy and utilization assessments
  • Manage internal fleet records and perform audits regularly of active trailers
  • Work internally with the Maintenance and Escalations team when needed
  • Assist in the claims process in regard to trailer damage
  • Provide strategic decisions and direction with fleet assets What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to be proactive and resourceful
  • Strong work ethic with high attention to detail
  • Customer Service focused
