EcoFit Insulation is a growing insulation and home performance company serving homeowners throughout Maine's Lakes Region. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Crew Lead who can take ownership of residential insulation projects, lead a team, and make sure every job meets EcoFit's standards for quality and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside the crew while also being responsible for keeping the project organized, the team on track, and the customer informed. What You'll Do Lead and organize the crew throughout each project Review job scopes before work begins and plan the day's work Install insulation, air sealing, and ventilation systems alongside the crew Assign tasks and keep the team productive and on track Train, coach, and hold crew members accountable Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise in the field Manage job materials, equipment, photos, and required documentation Ensure customer homes are properly prepared and protected Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment Ensure company safety and installation standards are followed Perform quality-control checks and ensure work is completed correctly before leaving the job What We're Looking For Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew Honest, dependable, and accountable Strong work ethic and attention to detail Confident problem solver who can make good decisions in the field Professional communication skills Takes ownership of the quality and outcome of each project Able to teach, coach, and hold team members accountable Able to work independently without constant supervision Insulation, weatherization, construction, carpentry, roofing, HVAC, or similar trade experience is strongly preferred. Previous crew leadership experience is a plus.
