Join our dynamic team as a Crew Leader, Tree Climber, and lead the charge in delivering exceptional tree care and landscaping services. In this energetic role, you will oversee climbing operations, supervise crew members, and ensure the safe and efficient completion of outdoor projects. Your leadership will inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Duties Lead and supervise tree climbing crews during various outdoor projects, including pruning, removal, and planting. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a secure work environment. Coordinate with team members to plan daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress on construction projects. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as chainsaws, pruning tools, and landscaping machinery efficiently and safely. Identify various plant species and assess tree health to determine appropriate care or removal strategies. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent condition to support ongoing outdoor work activities. Experience Proven experience in tree care. 6+ years experience climbing. Supervising or crew management experience in outdoor settings. Strong knowledge of plant identification, irrigation management, and landscape maintenance techniques. Skilled in operating equipment including chippers, loaders, grinders, trucks and other tree service equipment. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of supervising teams effectively while ensuring safety standards are met. Prior experience working tree services. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required; CDL certification is a plus. Certified ISA Arborist is a plus. Come join us. $500.00 - $800.00 per day
