In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew dedicated to delivering exceptional landscape maintenance and landscaping services. Your energetic leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You'll be instrumental in guiding team members through various tasks such as lawn care, horticulture, irrigation, tree care, and general garden maintenance, all while fostering a positive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about outdoor environments and skilled in supervising landscape projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians in performing landscape maintenance, gardening, and landscaping tasks Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion Oversee landscape construction activities including planting, soil preparation, and installation of features Conduct quality checks on work performed to meet company standards and client expectations Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and promote a safe working environment for the team Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment use, and best practices Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for landscape maintenance and construction projects Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor services Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening techniques Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Familiarity with landscape construction processes and maintenance procedures Ability to operate or oversee the operation of landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients as needed Join us if you're ready to lead a passionate team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces!
