What You'll Do Oversee the installation of landscape and softscape projects with a focus on quality and efficiency Read and execute scaled landscape plans with accuracy and attention to detail Lead, train, and support crew members to maintain productivity and high standards Communicate professionally with customers and homeowners throughout each project Operate and maintain equipment including mini-excavators, skid steers, trucks, trailers, and hand tools Collaborate with management to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet expectations What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience leading a landscape construction or tree removal crew Valid driver's license with Chauffeur endorsement Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company Positive attitude with strong leadership and teamwork skills What You'll Get Competitive pay: $20 - $25/hour based on experience Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance and 401(k) with company match Employee perks including discounts and referral bonuses Opportunities for career growth and advancement Why ACE Outdoor Services?
