Competitive pay Leadership and career advancement opportunities Stable full-time evening schedule Supportive, team-oriented culture Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees Opportunity to make a direct impact on daily fleet operations What You'll DoLeadership & Operations Lead and support the Fleet Fueling and Detailing team Train and mentor employees on proper fueling procedures, detailing techniques, and safety protocols Conduct quality inspections to ensure company standards are consistently met Coordinate workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of cleaning and fueling supplies Report maintenance issues, equipment concerns, and operational updates to management Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and operational procedures Fleet Fueling & Detailing Fuel transit vehicles safely and efficiently Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after fueling Maintain accurate fueling logs and operational records Support fleet readiness to ensure vehicles are prepared for daily service Prepare and properly use cleaning solutions according to company standards Clean and detail transit vehicles, including interiors, windows, glass, floors, and other assigned areas Empty trash and maintain clean work areas and facilities Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of vehicle detailing, fleet service, or related experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Basic computer skills for reporting and checklists Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Willingness to work evenings and occasional Sundays Flexible to meet operational needs and special projects
