Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the crew, ensuring all groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Duties
  • Supervise and lead a team of maintaining landscapes, tree care, lawn care, and general groundskeeping
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time
  • Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols
  • Perform hands-on landscaping duties alongside the crew as needed
  • Perform daily maintenance on mowers
  • Follow schedule and maps accordingly to ensure all work at each property is done correctly.
  • Maintain communication with management to provide updates of location and duties.
  • Must be able to run zero turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, etc. Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of crew leader experience
  • Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and operate mowers, trimmers, etc.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients
  • Driver's License is required Pay is negotiable once performance is shown to management of consistent and reputable standards.
