Landscaping Crew Leader

Landscape Production Manager

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The landscape crew leader is responsible for overseeing landscape crews while assisting in theconstructing, installing and maintaining both commercial and residential outdoor landscapes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operate truck & trailer2. Read landscape design/blueprint and measure3. Lead others and delegate landscape tasks4. Speaks with clients5. Oversee basic landscape project from start to finish6. Upholds to all safety standards, at all times7. Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
1. State of Michigan Chauffeur's license required2. Ability to work in outdoor environment3. Attention to detail and detail oriented4. Delivers quality work and services5. Lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time6. Detail oriented7. Maintain a steady pace throughout day in extreme weather conditions8. Work collaboratively in a team environment9. Maintain good attendance and report to work on time everyday10. Ability to safely and efficiently operate and upkeep minimal maintenance on allequipment
