With our business office headquartered in Wentzville, MO, we are committed to maintaining and enhancing our clients properties through expert landscaping and hardscaping solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team full-time. This role offers the opportunity to lead a crew, work closely with our operations team, and contribute to the success of a company that values teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead a landscaping crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget Coordinate daily tasks and delegate responsibilities among crew members Install flowers, trees, shrubs, and perform hardscape installations as required Train crew members on the safe and proficient use of landscaping equipment Load and unload equipment onto trucks and trailers, ensuring all equipment is secured for transport Maintain cleanliness of trucks and equipment, and remove debris from vehicles daily Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure project goals are met Qualifications Experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping Proven ability to lead, organize, and manage a team Working knowledge of landscaping equipment and trucks Ability to operate all relevant equipment and train others in their use Valid drivers license Class A License (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in reading and executing plans Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Paid vacation (PTO) Paid holidays (5 total after 1 year) 401(k) retirement plan with company match Health insurance Vision and dental insurance Company-paid life insurance Uniforms provided Offered compensation: $25/hr - $30/hr Experience and License Requirements CDL-A (Preferred) (optional) Crew Management Driver's License Landscaping/Hardscaping Skid Steering
