We aren't a "truck and a trailer" operation. We use high-end equipment and the latest technology to help you work efficiently and directly share in the profits you create. Leadership duties will include:

Oversee team members on a daily basis Keep crew on schedule to meet weekly/daily goals Help team maintain high quality work Help train and onboard new team members as needed Regular Job duties will include: General plant installation Sod installation Paver patio installation Retaining wall installation Bed cleanups/maintenance Build and install landscape enhancements such as walk ways, outdoor structures, landscape lighting etc Snow/ice management during winter months

Required Qualifications:

Previous commercial landscape installation experience a must, 2 year minimum (3-5+ years preferred) Previous commercial hardscape installation experience a must, 2 year minimum (3-5+ years preferred) Ability to operate a variety of equipment such as compact track loaders, skid loaders, excavators, etc General knowledge of plants, trees and best landscape design principles Able to lift 50+ pounds Able to work occasional weekends, if necessary due to weather delays High attention to detail Valid Missouri (Class E) drivers license with clean driving histroy Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States. Able to work in extreme weather conditions in peak summer and winter months

Pay:

Base Rate:

$19.50/ hour.

Production Profit Sharing:

Earn a cut of every crew-hour dollar produced above our efficiency threshold - speed + quality = higher pay!

Total Pay Potential:

$23.00 - $27.50+ / hour (Base hourly rate + Production Profit Sharing)
