We are hiring for:

Crew Members Crew Leaders These are hands-on positions working outdoors alongside a team to create, maintain, and improve high-quality landscapes throughout the St. Louis area. Crew Leaders will help oversee daily operations, lead team members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Whether your experience is in maintenance, planting, lawn care, patios, retaining walls, grading, or outdoor living installations, we'd love to talk with you. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance and property care Install landscapes, plantings, and hardscape features Operate landscaping equipment and tools (mowers, blowers, weed eaters, skid steers, trucks, trailers, etc.) Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards Communicate professionally with team members and leadership Assist with snow and ice management during winter months when needed Additional Responsibilities for Crew Leaders Lead and supervise a landscaping crew Plan and organize daily routes, materials, and job priorities Delegate tasks and maintain production goals Train and support crew members Communicate daily with operations team Complete job documentation, timesheets, and photos accurately Identify enhancement opportunities and problem solve in the field Requirements Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or landscape installation preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Crew Leader candidates should have leadership experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred Ability to legally operate company vehicles for qualified candidates Team Schedule & Participation Weekly team huddles Monthly training sessions Monthly company-wide meetings Compensation & Benefits $20 - $25+ per hour (based on experience & department) Health insurance Life insurance Simple IRA retirement plan Paid training Advancement opportunities Company events and team culture activities Company Culture At Timberline Landscapes, we take pride in our work, support our teammates, and show up with professionalism every day.
