We're building a business driven by systems, accountability, and exceptional customer service—not chaos. We're looking for a strong leader to become our Fl eet Operations Supervisor . This position is responsible for leading our field operations team and ensuring our fleet operates efficiently every single day. This is not simply a runner position. This is a leadership role with significant responsibility and room for growth as our company continues expanding. Position Overview The Lead Runner/Fleet Manager oversees all day-to-day fleet operations outside of the office. You'll lead our runner team, coordinate with mechanics, body shops, virtual assistants, and customers while ensuring every vehicle, rental, and process meets Dash Enterprises' standards. You'll be the primary leader for our runners and the go-to person for keeping daily operations running smoothly. Leadership Responsibilities Supervise, lead, and manage all runners Hire, onboard, and train new runners Assign daily responsibilities and routes Hold runners accountable to company standards Coach and develop runner performance Conduct ride-alongs and ongoing training Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time Maintain professionalism and a positive team culture Be the primary point of contact for all runners Fleet Operations Ensure all vehicle pickups and deliveries are completed Coordinate vehicle swaps Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and rental-ready Track vehicle availability and downtime Coordinate transportation of vehicles between customers, mechanics, body shops, and detailers Monitor fleet utilization and vehicle readiness Ensure every vehicle is prepared for the next rental Collections & Vehicle Recovery Monitor customer payment status Ensure rental payments are collected on time Coordinate with Virtual Assistants regarding overdue accounts Schedule and oversee vehicle repossessions when necessary Follow company repossession procedures Coordinate vehicle recovery and key recovery Assist with customer communication regarding payment issues when necessary Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary operational liaison between: Runner Team Mechanics Body Shops Detailers Virtual Assistants Office Management You'll ensure communication flows efficiently so everyone stays informed and operations continue without unnecessary delays. Systems & Inventory Management Maintain organization and accuracy across all operational systems, including: Fleet Inventory Master List Vehicle Key Box Key Tracking System Google Drive folders GoHighLevel (GHL) Vehicle documentation Insurance cards Registration packets GPS trackers Fleet supplies Fuel cards Company equipment Check-in and check-out documentation Quality Control Ensure every rental follows company SOPs Audit vehicle inspections Review vehicle photos and videos Verify rental paperwork is complete Ensure customer check-in/check-out procedures are followed correctly Maintain fleet presentation standards Ensure consistent customer experience Perform routine quality audits on completed runner tasks Administrative Responsibilities Track daily operational performance Maintain accurate fleet records Report operational issues to management Help improve company systems and procedures Assist in creating and updating SOPs Help onboard new team members Monitor runner productivity and efficiency Maintain operational checklists Escalate issues before they become larger problems Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong problem-solving ability Comfortable making independent decisions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving various vehicle types Familiarity with Google Workspace and smartphone apps Detail-oriented and highly organized Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Compensation $15.00 per hour Monthly Performance Bonus of up to $500 Performance bonuses are based on operational excellence, including: Fleet readiness Quality control Team performance Completion of daily tasks Organization and system accuracy Leadership and accountability Overall operational efficiency What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate: Takes ownership without being asked Leads from the front Solves problems instead of creating them Holds people accountable respectfully Thrives in fast-paced environments Communicates professionally Is highly organized Pays attention to details Wants to grow into a larger leadership role as the company expands Why Join Dash Enterprises?
