You'll play a key role from day one — managing truck rentals, hiring and leading crews, and ensuring jobs run smoothly from quote to completion. This is a field-first role with major growth potential. As we expand, your compensation grows — after completing a successful probation period you'll also earn a generous performance bonuses! Duties Manage and inspect rental trucks for daily job readiness Hire, train, and lead moving crews on-site Assist with in-person estimates for large moves Coordinate with our phone rep to ensure jobs are booked and staffed Lead the crew on job day: complete BOLs, upsell materials, maintain standards Track job details and report back via Slack Ensure 5-star customer experience and handle basic client issues Maintain basic equipment inventory (shrink, tape, mattress bags, etc.)

Ideal Candidate:

MUST have prior experience as a crew leader or field supervisor at a moving company Clean driving record (CDL not required) No excuse attitude Willing to get, or already have, a DOT Medical Card (for Drivers) Physically capable of assisting with moves as needed Excellent communicator, both with clients and internal team Problem solver who can work independently and represent the brand

Compensation & Benefits:

Base pay: $18-$24/hr Paid bi-weekly Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses Mileage reimbursement Fuel allowance Significant growth opportunities

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with weekend availability Must be available for morning dispatch and afternoon check-ins

Location:
