As a Hardscape / Softscape Installation Supervisor, you will lead crews performing installation projects while working alongside them to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Key Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager / Operations Manager in leading and training crew members Assign and oversee daily landscape installation tasks Ensure safety and quality standards are met or exceeded on every job site Communicate regularly with management regarding crew performance, production plans, and project updates Drive company vehicles and transport crew members Maintain a "Safety First, Quality Second" culture Monitor labor budgets and production schedules Apply proper installation techniques for landscape and hardscape projects Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment including:
  • Skid steers
  • Mini-excavators
  • Trenching equipment (such as Ditch Witch)
  • Installation tools and compaction equipment Projects may include:
  • Patios and walkways
  • Retaining walls
  • Drainage systems
  • Planting, sod installation, and landscape construction Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional landscape softscape or hardscape installation experience , including supervisory or crew leadership responsibilities Proficiency operating skid steers, excavators, and trenching equipment Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid Unrestricted North Carolina Driver's License required Acceptable driving record Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) screening as part of the hiring process Applicants must meet insurance eligibility requirements because operating company vehicles is part of the position.
