We need someone with experience in a production landscape environment that has the technical skills to create high quality projects and the leadership skills to eventually become an install or maintenance crew leader. Mountain Meadow Landscaping is a small but mighty organization that focuses on high end residential landscape projects. We are NOT a mow and blow company. If you are NOT experienced-please do NOT apply. Responsibilities Support hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor living features Plant trees and shrubs according to best horticultural practices Maintain a clean working environment Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, dingos Operate trucks and trailer and have the ability to haul material Learn from our current crew leader Provide exceptional customer service Become an expert in planting techniques and plant ID, hardscaping, temp irrigation, drainage and lighting. You want a career just not a job All of our projects are different and require problem solving and critical thinking. We want people with positive attitudes and a can do mindset. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping is mandatory Familiarity with landscaping equipment and best practices Experience supervising or leading small teams in outdoor or construction settings is a plus or the ability to become a leader Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and groundskeeping best practices Strong leadership skills with a proactive attitude toward team management and project completion Hardscaping experience Ideally you are currently working in the industry but are looking for a better opportuntity. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles. You must have a clean driving record. If you have a DUI, you cannot be on our insurance which means you do not qualify for this position. If you do not have the technical and leadership skills to eventually become a crew leader-please do not apply. The crew leader position will pay $30 plus if you have what it takes.
