  • Full-time Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Crew Leader for Lawn Care and Landscaping, where your leadership will drive the success of outdoor projects and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks, and ensure high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction will be vital in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscapers and lawn care specialists to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and tree care services Perform hands-on landscaping activities including planting, pruning, mowing, edging, fertilizing, and soil preparation Oversee maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal performance Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status Support team development through coaching, training on horticulture best practices, and supervising construction or installation tasks Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or related fields with a focus on lawn care and landscaping Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams confidently and motivate staff Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, construction processes, and general maintenance practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to organize work efficiently and solve problems proactively Familiarity with gardening tools, landscape equipment, safety standards, and environmental best practices Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Passion for outdoor work combined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to lead outdoor projects that make a lasting impact.
