Landscape Crew Leader

Job Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Leader, where you will take charge of supervising and executing a variety of outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a crew in creating beautiful, functional landscapes while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. As a key team member, you will be responsible for guiding crew members through daily tasks, maintaining high standards of landscape care, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and horticulture will be essential to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians on daily project tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water usage and landscape health Coordinate with clients and team members to plan project timelines and execute landscaping projects effectively Conduct quality inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards Assist with construction activities such as installing hardscapes, planting beds, or other landscape features as needed Provide training and mentorship to crew members on horticultural practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance roles Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or related fields Knowledge of tree care practices and pruning techniques Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Familiarity with construction processes related to landscaping projects Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment or materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions Join us as a Landscape Crew Leader and bring your passion for outdoor beauty to life! Pay:

$19.29 - $29.63 per hour
