Duties Lead, supervise, and motivate a 2-3-person crew Manage and motivate a small team to ensure effective performance Promote a motivated, respectful, and well-disciplined work environment Maintain high-end residential and commercial properties Operate trimmers, blowers, and related landscape equipment Ensure consistent job quality, productivity, and safe work practices Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance Execute seasonal tasks related to landscape maintenance and winter snow operations Professionally represent Knott's Land Care on all job sites Ensure all equipment and tools are loaded, secured, and ready for daily operations Assist in maintaining necessary materials and supplies Accurately record work completed and materials used Review daily site expectations with the crew at the beginning of each shift Report equipment issues to the mechanic promptly using the appropriate procedure Keep company vehicles clean, free of debris, and washed weekly Qualifications 5+ years of lawn and landscape maintenance experience Proven leadership and communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members Excellent customer experience skills Working knowledge of landscape safety practices Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record (less than 4 points or equivalent) Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card Pass a Drug Test Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently Benefits Package Company-provided uniform Health insurance Dental program availability Paid Holidays Paid time off
