Hardscape/Softscape Crew Leader About the

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Hardscape/Softscape Crew Leader who can lead projects involving patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, drainage systems, planting installations, fireplaces, and full landscape transformations. This individual should lead by example, demonstrate urgency in work, and take pride in the quality of their craftsmanship.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 6:45 AM5:00 PM | 4055 hrs/week, with overtime opportunities available.
Responsibilities Include:
Leading hardscape and softscape crews to success Installing pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, drainage, and planting projects Operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and power equipment Reading plans, executing layouts, and maintaining organized job sites Training crew members and ensuring all projects are completed safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of landscape construction/hardscape experience Preferred experience in leadership or as a foreman Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license with CDL as a plus Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently This role is not suited for individuals who cut corners, arrive late, or require constant supervision.
