What you'll earn Crew Chiefs start at $25/hr plus tips, with higher rates based on experience and a peak-season boost of an extra $2.50/hr from Memorial Day through Labor Day. What you'll do: You'll work alongside an experienced, tight-knit crew loading, transporting, and delivering customers' belongings safely. Hours are Monday-Friday plus alternating Saturdays, typically 7:30 to 4:30, varying by job. We promote based on capability and drive, so anyone who shows up ready to take on more will find real opportunities to advance into lead and driver roles. What we're looking for: Someone dependable with a positive attitude who works well as part of a team. You'll need to: Lift and carry 100+ lbs (furniture and other objects as required). Have reliable transportation. Be available Monday through Friday plus 2 Saturdays per month.
