In this energetic role, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces through expert mowing, trimming, and landscaping practices. Duties Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians focused on mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care tasks Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of projects Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools with safety and efficiency in mind Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations Assist with landscape construction projects, including planting, mulching, pruning, and tree care when needed Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to maximize longevity and performance Enforce safety protocols across all activities to maintain a secure work environment for the team Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with a focus on mowing operations Strong leadership abilities with previous supervising or team-leading experience in landscaping or construction settings Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant health management Skilled in operating landscaping machinery safely and effectively Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care practices, and general gardening techniques Excellent communication skills to motivate team members and coordinate tasks efficiently Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and perform basic maintenance tasks This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to lead a dedicated team while delivering outstanding outdoor spaces.
