Job Description

We are seeking a Lot Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our lot and lot team. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly while following the lot handbook. Complete vehicle inventory weekly, effectively communicate appropriate staffing needs, completing daily reports, and reviewing any discrepancies with the lot team and management. The Lot Supervisor will also coach team on process and provide corrective action plans, and proactively provide a continuous learning path and actively discuss career goals with the team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the lot and lot team, assist as needed Ensure lot property and vehicle inventory is completed accurately Maintain appropriate staffing levels Conduct daily reports, reviewing any discrepancies with the lot team Identify issues and communicate with management, provide corrective action plan Proactively provide a continuous learning path and actively discuss career goals with team Provide constructive feedback and coach individuals/team when needed Accurately process repossessed vehicles- with photos and property inventories. Ability to operate a tow truck and forklift Complete condition reports in a timely manner with no errors Accurately log inventories for all personal property located in the repossessed vehicles with no errors Professionally handle or elevate complaints Knowledgeable of full redemption process Ability to train and enforce lot policies Provide a continuous learning environment for current and new hires Meet all compliance deadlines provided by management or clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
