Landscape Crew Leader / Field Operator (Full-Time, $20$30/hr)

AJ Polster's Lawn Service LLC is hiring a Field Operator / Crew Leader to help run day-to-day landscaping operations. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of job sites, maintain a strong work pace, and deliver consistent, high-quality results without constant supervision. You will play a key role in keeping jobs efficient, organized, and completed to a professional standard. Responsibilities Perform and lead mowing, trimming, edging, and property cleanups Execute spring and fall cleanups, mulch installs, and general property maintenance Assist in managing 1-2 crew members on-site Maintain efficiency and keep jobs on schedule Ensure clean, detailed finishes on every property Communicate clearly with team and management Requirements Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience (required) Ability to work full days (typical start 7:30-8:00 AM) Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a steady pace Physically capable of handling demanding outdoor work Reliable transportation Valid driver's license (preferred) Experience running or leading jobs is a strong plus What We're Looking For Someone who moves with purpose and doesn't need to be micromanaged A team player who can also take initiative Someone who takes pride in clean, professional work Dependable — shows up ready to work every day Pay & Growth $20-$30/hr depending on experience Opportunity to grow into a lead role running jobs independently Consistent workload throughout the season Hiring Process Qualified applicants will be contacted for a quick phone interview All hires start with a paid trial day How to Apply Please reply with: Your landscaping or outdoor work experience Availability Whether you've led or run jobs before
