Paint of WNY Paint of WNY is looking for an experienced Commercial Painting Crew Leader to oversee painting crews on commercial and industrial projects. This position is ideal for a skilled painter who can lead by example, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial painting crews on active job sites Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to team members Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, schedules, and quality standards Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and work orders Train and mentor painters on proper techniques and safety procedures Conduct surface preparation, painting, coating, and finishing work as needed Monitor job progress and communicate updates to project management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Track labor, materials, and equipment usage Qualifications 5+ years of commercial painting experience Previous crew leader, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of commercial painting systems, coatings, and surface preparation methods Experience with brush, roll, spray, and specialty coating applications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints and project specifications OSHA and safety knowledge preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (for qualified candidates) Paid holidays and vacation Career advancement opportunities Steady year-round work Supportive team environment If you're an experienced commercial painter with leadership skills and a commitment to quality workmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
